eNewsletters
The WebComm eNewsletter module is email newsletter software for managing and distributing HTML or Text formatted newsletters via email. WebComm eNewsletters enables subscription email lists. Each person can subscribe to one or more Newsletter Lists. See Example

Lost Dogs Register
The Lost Dogs register is a convenient way for residents to search for their lost animals in the pound. Local laws officers can quickly and easily upload photos of impounded animals onto the council website. See Example

Subscribe Visitors to your site can receive an email whenever specific pages are updated- helping to keep your community up-to-date with information that is important to them. See Example

Multilingual Functionality
Your website can contain information in different languages- giving more people access to your information online. See Example

Directory
A customisable Directory, can be used for Community, Business, Tourism, Arts and Leisure Directories. You can include schools and education facilities, arts and cultural groups, sporting groups, leisure groups and other community organisations. Data can be extracted for mail merge etc. See Example

WebBuilder
After members have registered with the Directory, they will have access via login to some specific services. Here they can edit their directory entry or use the WebBuilder to create/edit their own website. See Example

Search Your own Database
A Webcomm Database Connection will allow you to search and display data from any Access or SQLServer database. See Example

Calendar of Events
The calendar of events can list council meetings, council events, festivals, community group activities...the list goes on.

A-Z Content List

Expandable Main Menu
Expandable main menus will display the sub-menus, allowing for easier navigation of the site.

Image Thumbnails
Image thumbnails are small images and when they are clicked, link to a large version of the image. Image thumbnails are grouped together in a row. See Example

Random Home Page Image Display
You can have up to 5 images that alternate at random on your home page.

E-Polls
Visitors can vote on issues allowing you to gauge public opinion. See Example

General Register
A register that you can tailor to your needs, for example, found animals, or impounded vehicles. See Example

Bookmarks
