Schemes have been developed in Property.Gov to integrate the account management of Principal and Interest Schemes with associated Assessment accounts to easily maintain and view all property related charges in the one application.

 Full integration of any number Schemes and Scheme Accounts within Property.Gov.
 Full Schemes Principle and Interest account maintenance of schemes for any number of scheme types such as private streets, kerb and channel, drainage, car parks etc.
 Account management based on Principal and Interest charges with provision for raising payment instalments and interest on estimated or actual amounts.
 Full integration with General Ledger accounts.
 Automatic raising of periodic Interest and Instalment amounts.
 Provision to of raising adhoc pending interest on individual accounts.
 Ability to view overall balances for entire schemes
 Ability to view Scheme account balances alongside all other Assessment charges.
 Provision of journal wizards for raising and maintaining scheme Charges and Transactions
 Retain all transaction details for the account for history.
 Generation of scheme notices and retaining history of notices issued.
 Any number of schemes can be associated with Assessment.
 Recording of any number of Scheme related memo’s to any scheme account.
