| Satellite Imagery | | Victoria as seen from space
|
| Vicmap Imagery is comprised of statewide images which together can aid in the assessment and planning of natural resource projects (ie forestry, agriculture, aquaculture, water-management etc), major infrastructure design, and government administration.
Three equipment platforms have been used in the capture of different image series; Landsat 7's Thematic Mapper and Enhanced Thematic Mapper (both providing colour images with 30-metre pixel resolution), and the 10-metre resolution black & white sensors onboard the SPOT platform.
