Register.Gov provides a formal way of recording anything that is of interest to an organisation. This could be items, actions taken, events, inspections, etc. The Register is a central repository of data and notes accessible to anyone who needs that information. Integration with mapping, property and receipting come standard with Register.Gov.
Typical applications are A-Frames, Animal Registration, Cemetery, Footpath Permits, Land Clearance, Lease, Mozzy Control, Impoundments, Septic Tank Installation, Trees, Vehicle, Waste Management, etc.

| Features |
|
| User Definable Fields |
Extensive customisation ensures Register.Gov meets user requirements. |
| Corporate Information |
Up-to-date information is available in real time across the organisation. Security options ensure that only relevent data is available to individual users. |
| Spatial Information |
Locations of, say: (i) particular breeds of animals, (ii) trees, (iii) dengue outbreaks, etc. can be spatially displayed on maps. |
| Central Name and Address Register |
Information on entities (persons or organisations) is stored once only in a central repository thereby eliminating redundant data and erroneous duplication of data. The central repository also caters for an entity’s multiple roles such as Owner, Inspector, Contractor, etc. |
| Reports |
Comprehensive and fully customisable reporting is available to appropriate departments or officers. Reports are viewable before committing to print. |
| On-line Receipting |
Fees, such as animal registration and renewal fees, are fully catered for with automatic postings right up to General Ledger. |
| Export Data |
Exporting to Access, Excel, CSV, XML and other popular file formats means data can be made available for non-users of Register.Gov. |
| Auditing |
Management can decide on a minimalist or an exhaustive auditing system by pre-determining at the field level whenever data changes occur. |
| Security |
Fields and screens can be made viewable or non-viewable and editable or non-editable to appropriate persons. This is accomplished by setting up functional groups and privileges |
